Today, Running Partner Turkey attempted his best Gandalf impression, standing in the middle of the road / You shall not pass… as I passed him by. His grand scheme thus foiled, he ran into the cornfield.

My great aunt died yesterday. Apparently, her only regret in life was that she didn’t get to live long enough to see - and I quote - “that sonofabitchin' T***p drug out of the White House.” She was great, truly, in every sense of the word.



Started Netflix’s FEAR CITY: NEW YORK VS. THE MAFIA - so far, a stylish and entertaining enough survey course. Not much in the way of depth, at least for me. (Still, I do want to check out the remaining episodes.)
